The SPIE Optics & Photonics Conference (www.spie.org) is Co-located with the SPIE Annual Meeting, which draws over 5,000 attendees from over 40 Countries. The talk focused on construction costs of nanotechnology labs and how they reflect the differential between the required performance criteria, and the in situ conditions.
