Bill Wilson and Samir Srouji of Wilson Architects and Jim Cahill Director of Facilities and Campus Planning at UMass Amherst were presenters at Tradeline’s College & University Science Facilities conference held in St. Petersburg, FL.  Their presentation addressed how master planning - specifically for science and engineering buildings - is a new, financially important strategic tool being used by an increasing number of schools to grow science programs and save capital dollars.
