University of Hartford Plans New Technology Complex
01 February 2001

The University of Hartford has retained the services of William Wilson Associated Architects, Inc. to program, plan and design its new $30M Technology Complex for Sciences, Engineering, Technology and Technology Services.

The new Technology Complex will involve the creation of a three-building cluster consisting of the existing Dana and UT Halls, plus a new Technology Building. In response to the need for extensive renovations as well as additional academic space, the new Technology Building will provide state-of-the-art smart classrooms, computer laboratories, faculty offices, as well as the academic and administrative computing system and network infrastructure for the entire campus.

The University of Hartford, an independent institution chartered in 1957, offers a wide range of undergraduate, graduate and continuing-education programs through its nine schools and colleges for over 7,000 students.
