Working with the research community, we developed a master plan for 1,000,000 additional GSF in four buildings, together with parking, consolidated load docks and utility loads. The master plan showed four cycles of new construction, vacancies and remodeling. The first building has been implemented. The goals were to create connectivity, flexibility and a campus-like setting. This project was designed by the Wilson Studio while at Payette Associates.
