A 7,000 SF renovation to add 60 seats and a new serving station at the AstraZeneca Waltham campus cafeteria. The goal of the renovation was to alleviate congestion, and to endorse healthy eating habits for the entire employee population. The design team balanced the plan and centered it around a new servery and a dual-serving, healthy option, salad bar station. Designated stations for deli preparations, desserts, entrees, and daily / weekly specials are now all easily accessible. Outfit with all new stainless steel under-counter refrigerators, griddles, a new grilling station, and state-of-the-art heating lamps, the new space is an efficient and comfortable space for employees.
