MIT.nano published in Engineering News Record
MIT.nano is an engineering masterpiece in many ways. The 200,000 SF building will house state-of-the-art cleanroom, imaging, and prototyping facilities that can support fabrication and characterization processes on the nanoscale.
Located in the heart of the MIT campus, the site is surrounded on all four sides by existing buildings – making the construction of this complex facility even more of a challenge. MIT leadership has even referred to .nano’s construction as a ‘Ship in a Bottle.’
